1. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins.
All payments are processed in USD via PayPal.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
For larger or commercial projects, a partial upfront payment may be required.
2. Revisions
Up to 2 minor revisions are included during the sketch and color stages.
Minor revisions include small adjustments to color or details.
Major changes to pose, concept, or composition are not included and require a revised quote.
Additional fees must be paid before final delivery.
3. Copyright & Usage
The artist retains full copyright of the artwork.
The client is granted non-exclusive usage rights for the agreed purpose only.
The specific scope of usage (platform, format, duration, and context) will be defined at the time of agreement.
Any additional or extended usage requires prior written permission and may incur additional fees.
Commercial use requires an additional fee.
Exclusive or extended usage rights are available upon request.
4. Modification
Cropping, resizing, and adding text for layout or posting purposes are permitted.
If you would like to modify the artwork itself (such as repainting, significant color adjustments, or additional edits), please contact me in advance.
Use of the artwork for AI training, NFT projects, resale, redistribution, or the creation of derivative works is not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
For commercial projects, any modification or extended usage rights must be agreed upon in writing.
The artwork may not be used for AI training, dataset inclusion, machine learning models, automated content generation systems, NFT minting, blockchain-related projects, resale, redistribution, or the creation of derivative works unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Any data-related, archival, or system-based usage must be clearly disclosed in advance and approved in writing.
5. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed, the artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork in portfolios, websites, and social media for promotional purposes.
If the project is confidential or scheduled for public release at a later date, the artwork will not be shared until the official release.
Clients may request the artwork to remain private for an additional fee.
6. Credit
Credit is appreciated when sharing the artwork publicly.
For commercial use, reasonable credit must be provided where applicable.
7. Delivery
Final files are delivered as high-resolution PNG or JPG
(approximately 3000px on the longest side, 300dpi, RGB).
Larger resolutions for specific print requirements can be arranged at the time of quoting.
Layered source files (such as PSD) are not included unless agreed in advance.
8. Cancellation
If the client cancels before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, payments are non-refundable.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time.
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of completion.
9. Refusal of Service
The artist reserves the right to decline any request at their discretion.
